year show-business entertainer, FRED TRAVALENA, has performed
in front of five Presidents of the United States,
Fortune 500 clubs. He has performed on hundreds of television shows,
including his own T.V. series and Specials and headlines the top
resorts in Las Vegas and Branson, Mo. He now speaks from the heart
about his winning battle with cancer. What’s different about
this presentation, is it is not only informative, inspirational,
and hopeful, it is hilarious!

Health
and Wellness Speaker, FRED TRAVALENA, also talks about priorities
and how they change with the crucial blow of being told
you have
Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and have to have chemotherapy. Now
the need to study, read and pursue text books, computer websites,
and to seek “help” in many different ways from many
different people in order to put his mind at rest came to the forefront….
and yet, his mind never stopped. When Fred realized he was in for
the fight of his life, delay had no place. His attitude was “bring
it on!” Cancer
survivor, FRED went into depression, anxiety, frustration,
and turmoil, but he never stopped processing it. “How can
I heal my body? What does my body need to get through this?” Doctors
may know about poisons, treatments, and big machines that are suppose
to heal the body, but Fred also found solace in consulting with
and experimenting with whole foods and seeking holistic advice
and a closer walk with God.

you thought it was over!
”Yes, Mr. Travalena, you are in complete remission…oh,
and by the way, you have prostate cancer.”
“Sounds like a bad dream doesn’t it,” says
Fred.
“Almost
one year to the day the successful CHOP chemotherapy treatment
ended I heard two things. One I was waiting to hear the
other I had no idea I would hear.”
“Mr. Travalena, I’m writing on your chart NED (no
evidence of disease), no Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, BUT, Mr.
Travalena, you have prostate cancer. It was like being in the movie
Poltergeist,” “I’m baaaaaaaaaaack!”
It was bad.
But there were options (if that’s what you call
them!).
“I learned life is a gift from God having cured me twice
of Cancer. I must utilize my time now to the fullest! Recently
writing a song for Child HELP U.S.A. “ If you want to change
the world, love the children”
